The Nashville Insider is excited to announce that Louisiana native Frank Foster will be performing at the Signal in Chattanooga on August 9th.  A relative newcomer on the country music scene, Foster brings his own independent style to the industry. Acting as his own writer, record label, and producer since 2011, Foster has released all seven of his albums independently.  Each new album has experienced more commercial success than the last. (1)
