ZAC BROWN BAND RELEASES NEW VERSION OF CURRENT SINGLE “OUT IN THE MIDDLE” FEATURING BLAKE SHELTON TODAY

Multi-platinum, GRAMMY Award-winning Zac Brown Band has just released a brand-new version of current single “Out in the Middle” featuring country superstar Blake Shelton today (LISTEN HERE). The track will be featured on a recently announced deluxe version of their latest album, The Comeback, due this fall. Fans will be able to catch a performance of “Out in the Middle” this Thursday (6/23) on The Late Late Show with James Corden, as it nears Top 20 at country radio.

Earlier this month, the band performed an exhilarating set at Nashville’s Nissan Stadium as part of CMA Fest. The Tennessean named it among Thursday’s “five unforgettable moments,” declaring that “country music’s beloved traveling troubadours” caused “the 50,000-plus in attendance to break out in impromptu stadium seat dance parties” and echoing the sentiment that it was a “special” performance.

The Comeback is the band’s most recent full-length album. After its release, the project earned the No. 1 spot on the Current Country Albums Sales chart and was the Top New Country Album Release. Lead singer, Zac Brown, boasts a co-writer credit on every song and also co-produced the entire record alongside frequent collaborator, Ben Simonetti. The Comeback also features the band’s current, hit radio single, “Out in the Middle.” Rolling Stone describes the song as one “of praise for the country lifestyle,’ and continues with, ‘the song checks off rural signifiers like rope swings and gravel driveways before celebrating the place ‘where hard work meets hard living.’”

Tickets for their international “Out in the Middle Tour” are on sale now at ZacBrownBand.com. The tour follows the success of “The Comeback Tour” in 2021 which was their comeback to live performances following COVID-19. The band began the tour in South Carolina and will soon visit Boston’s Fenway Park, where they hold the record for most consecutive sold-out shows. The band recently performed to a crowd of nearly 30,000 fans at Truist Park in their hometown of Atlanta and are set to visit other iconic venues including Wrigley Field in Chicago, Citi Field in New York, and the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles (visit https://zacbrownband.com/pages/tour for a full list of tour dates).
