NSAI HOSTS MASSIVE CELEBRATION IN HONOR OF #1 SONGWRITERS

This year, NSAI shifted the timing of its annual World’s Largest #1 Party celebration from the springtime to the fall, expanding upon the industry’s aptly-named “awards week”. With the week’s events including award ceremonies by ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, as well as the cornerstone event of the week, the CMA Awards, NSAI’s World’s Largest #1 Party provided a casual yet energetic atmosphere for songwriters, publishers, and industry members to gather and celebrate the year’s accomplishments!
“The Bank of America Private Bank is honored to support the NSAI World’s Largest #1 Party, celebrating the songwriters whose creativity shapes Nashville’s musical legacy. Our commitment to the arts and the communities we serve remains central to who we are.” The Bank of America Private Bank
During the designated period, a total of 107 songs with a Nashville-associated songwriter topped the charts, with 277 songwriters earning an award for their success. From numerous songwriters who were celebrating their coveted first #1 chart-topping song to veteran writers adding to their #1 award collection, at every turn the room was filled with elation for everyone’s achievements, showcasing once again the cherished closeness that makes the professional songwriting community unique.
