HUDSON WESTBROOK ANNOUNCES ANTICIPATED DEBUT ALBUM TEXAS FOREVER OUT JULY 25

Just 13 months after his first-ever release, skyrocketing Texas country star Hudson Westbrook announces today his 17-track debut album, Texas Forever, out July 25 via Warner Music Nashville / River House Artists.
Entirely co-penned by Westbrook and loaded with Texas-grown charisma, the anticipated record is a compelling, effortlessly charming tribute to coming of age in the Lone Star State, and a full-picture introduction to country music’s next big thing.
Created with a close-knit group of collaborators including Neil Medley, Lukas Scott, Reid Haughton, Andrew DeRoberts, Beau Bailey, and more, the album captures some of the hallmarks of Westbrook’s formative years: hard work, personal turmoil, family values, and young love, all painted against the backdrop of a North Texas sky.
“I’m so proud of this record,” Westbrook says. “I love Texas, it’s shaped so much about who I am. We wrote 50-60 songs for this project and narrowed it down to 17 that I think really represent where I am in my life right now and what I love making as an artist: songs that sound like where I grew up, but read like something that just about anyone could relate to.”
“I’ve been waiting for what feels like forever to tell y’all about this,” he continues. “I can’t wait for you to hear it and to play it for you on the road this summer.”
Most recently, Westbrook released a fresh version of his Top 40 country radio single, “House Again,” reimagining the RIAA Gold-certified hit as a duet with 3-time GRAMMY winner and fellow Texan, Miranda Lambert. Up next, Westbrook makes his CMA Fest debut in Nashville, slating performances at the Chevy Riverfront Stage, Spotify House, and more, before launching his 2025 Summer Tour on June 7.
About Hudson Westbrook
Hudson Westbrook is a son of Stephenville, Texas, baptized in Red Dirt and raised on George Strait, Turnpike Troubadours, Parker McCollum, Koe Wetzel, and Tracy Lawrence. After a 2024 splash debut with viral first release “Take It Slow,” Westbrook quickly strung together a series of grassroots hits while enrolled at Texas Tech University, including debut Texas radio single and chart-topper, “Two Way Drive,” and debut single to country radio, “House Again.” Revitalizing the organic country he was raised on while refusing to be held down by his roots, Westbrook’s distinct vocal, “traditional country sounds and timeless songwriting” (Billboard) have become his calling card, fully realized on his 17-track debut album, Texas Forever, out July 25.
Taking the spirit of Texas country music far beyond state lines, Westbrook will open for Parker McCollum, Midland, Eli Young Band, Cole Swindell, and Ian Munsick in 2025, alongside two nearly sold-out headline runs. Amassing nearly 380 million global streams in his first year as an artist and averaging over 20 million streams per week, Westbrook was named Billboard’s December Country Rookie of the Month and a 2025 Artist to Watch by Country Now, Holler, The Country Wire, and more. Westbrook started 2025 off strong as Sirius XM’s The Highway’s newest Highway Find, one of SXM’s all-genre Five for 2025, and one of Spotify’s all-genre 2025 Artists to Watch. Holler puts it simply: “If anyone has made a name for themselves in country in the latter half of 2024, it’s Texan singer-songwriter Hudson Westbrook.”
