Powerhouse country music duo Jericho Rose (James Jericho/Hannah Rose Huntley) is excited to announce the release of their new EP, Western Stars. The EP features five captivating tracks that blend their unique West Coast, desert country sound with modern storytelling.

The five-song project was recorded at Penny Arcade Sounds and produced by Saskatchewan native, Nashville-based multifaceted producer, musician, songwriter, and engineer, Jay Tooke. (Randy Houser, Lidi Ortega, Steel Woods).

“This body of work is the most honest and real we have ever been with our writing,” states Jericho. “Each song reflects the growth we’ve made as artists.” Adds Huntley, “We hope these songs find a special place in our listeners’ hearts.”

“It is not often I get to work with artists like Jericho Rose. Their perseverance, tenacity, and dedication to the work shines through in everything they do,” comments manager Preston Sullivan, GM, Global Eyes Entertainment.

The title track is a triumphant narrative of pursuing dreams and crafting one’s reality, even amidst the heartbreak of loss. “High Road,” co-written with rising stars Tigirlily Gold, stands out as the most lighthearted track on the EP. It effortlessly captures the essence of two friends bonding over shared experiences of heartbreak, ultimately choosing to uplift each other and move forward with positivity and navigate life’s challenges with a Willie Nelson state of mind.

“Sway” is a tender country ballad that captures the magic of a late-night slow dance shared between two lovers under the enchanting glow of the moonlight. “Hearts Are Just for Breaking” delves into the melancholy truth of love’s fleeting nature. As the final notes fade, listeners are left with a lingering sense of sorrow, reminding them that even the most heartfelt connections can end in shattered dreams and lonely tears.

“Runaway” is an energetic country anthem that channels the regret and longing of wishing to leave a toxic relationship sooner. Through honest lyrics and infectious optimism, “Runaway” celebrates the courage to break free from the past and embrace the possibility of a brighter tomorrow, even if it means admitting to past mistakes.

About Jericho Rose:
Hannah Rose Huntley and James Jericho met one fateful night at Saddle Ranch, a Western Bar on the Sunset Strip in Hollywood. The duo quickly developed their own distinct writing style, and hit the studio with RIAA-certified Platinum producer, Jordan Richman. The two then created their first band, The SLVR Tongues, and after being discovered by Nashville-based manager, Preston Sullivan of Global Eyes Entertainment, the pair decided to take the opportunity to pursue their music at a new level, and moved to Music City

The two quickly found a haven in the downtown Nashville scene, performing at the hottest country bars, and soaking up the neon lights of Broadway. With the release of their first EP, Rough Around the Edges, the group began finding success on streaming platforms, Nashville band circuits, and even on an international tour. Their growth attracted more support from the Nashville music industry, and along with Global Eyes Entertainment, Hannah and James extended their management team to include THG Management. As the duo’s sound and image began to reflect the Nashville nights that had come to shape the two as artists, Hannah and James felt the need for a new name that embodied all that they’d grown to become.

Enter Jericho Rose.

A natural pairing of two best friends, with clever storytelling lyrics and a dynamic mix-up of new country sounds, James “Jericho” Lynch and Hannah “Rose” Huntley are both at their best when singing together in perfect harmony.
