ACCLAIMED COUNTRY TRIO FLAT RIVER BAND RELEASES SERENE NEW SINGLE, “AIN’T A WOMAN LIKE A RIVER”

Acclaimed Country Music trio Flat River Band has released their new single, “Ain’t a Woman Like a River,” to radio co-written by Chad Sitze and John Colgin. The serene ballad poetically describes the many contrasting facets of a woman while being delivered as only the Flat River Band can – in perfect harmony. “I reached out to my co-writer, John Colgin, about some river songs for the EP Sights and Sounds and he called me back the next day with the first verse and the rest is history. It was written during that COVID era!” shared Flat River Band’s Chad Sitze.

“We have been playing this song out and have been getting a big response on our harmonies, so we decided to give country radio the option of spinning an acoustic version of ‘Ain’t a Woman Like a River,” explained Flat River Band.

Recorded at Omni Recording Studios, “Ain’t a Woman Like a River ” was produced by Flat River Band and co-produced by William GawleyBryce Roberts served as engineer and mastering was done by John McClureBill Tyler Designs created the single’s artwork. Studio musicians included Chad Sitze on lead vocals and acoustic guitar, Dennijo Sitze on tenor vocals, electric guitar and mandolin and Andy Sitze on baritone vocals and electric bass. Drums were played by Chuck Reyer, steel guitar by Matt Klevorn and Chris Nole was on piano.
